We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Chief Security Officer (CSO)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Opening ID:<\/strong> MEL1047<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Warri, Delta<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To lead the corporate\/physical security function for Matrix, including responsibility for its overall corporate security strategies, development &amp; oversight of its security architecture.<\/li>\n<li>To guard and protect Matrix Energy Limited staff and her assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advises management on security implications and requirements of the Corporate Strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Works with management to prioritize initiatives and associated spending based on the appropriate risk assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares the annual security budgets and drives its implementation<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate security efforts on the company facilities<\/li>\n<li>Identify security initiatives and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure security is maintained and updated<\/li>\n<li>Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programmes<\/li>\n<li>Implement total video Surveillance<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize security initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Develop Network access and monitoring policies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies<\/li>\n<li>Develop emergency procedures and incident responses<\/li>\n<li>Investigate Security Breaches<\/li>\n<li>Conduct audits to find holes in security platforms<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with host community and mediate in conflict resolution<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties assigned by Management of Matrix Energy Limited<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Criminology, Psychology, or any other related field.<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 7 years\u2019 experience as a CSO in a private sector with proven achievements.<\/li>\n<li>Must have Military or Para Military back experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must have attended trainings or have work experience on intelligence gathering and conflict resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Must have attained the position of Chief Superintendent of Police or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Must have professional relationship with road (LASTMA, FERMA, FRSC..etc) \u00a0 \u00a0Sea (NAVY, NIMASA and other regulatory bodies).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/matrixenergygroup.zohorecruit.com\/jobs\/Careers\/596834000008029007\/CSO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Matrix Energy Group is a rapidly growing indigenous and integrated Oil Marketing and Trading Company in Nigeria, with business interest that covers shipping, commodities trading, depot operations, fertilizer blending and&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[65],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Matrix Energy Group Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
