We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced customer service manager to lead our customer service department.<\/li>\n<li>Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.<\/li>\n<li>To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department<\/li>\n<li>Taking ownership of customers&#8217; issues and following problems through to resolution<\/li>\n<li>Create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth<\/li>\n<li>Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused on that mission.<\/li>\n<li>Always ensure the satisfaction of customers<\/li>\n<li>Drive speed of service<\/li>\n<li>Manage the handling of customers\u2019 requests, issues, and relations<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains a team atmosphere within Customer Service and with other departments<\/li>\n<li>Manages customer expectations by answering questions about policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Serves as a role model when coaching employees on how to resolve complex, customer-related issues<\/li>\n<li>Improving customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>Provides project management leadership on specific cross-departmental projects<\/li>\n<li>Manage operations as it relates to customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic business plans for profits and excellence<\/li>\n<li>Creating a reliable customer loyalty program<\/li>\n<li>Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining relationships with profitable customers<\/li>\n<li>Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys<\/li>\n<li>Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of proven experience in a customer service position.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of management practices and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:folixxhr@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">folixxhr@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n10th March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FoliXx Hospitality is an organisation whose grand purpose is to achieve global relevance among leaders in the hospitality guild, through unparalleled culture and service.
