We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Operations Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We&#8217;re looking for an operations generalist to work across all business functions. You&#8217;ll play a key role in the day to day running of Prospa HQ.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll work closely with the founders to run Prospa\u2019s internal operations as a well-oiled machine, and work with members to ensure they have a great experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis role is full time and will involve the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building processes that support the company in achieving its goals<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring daily operations and addressing potential issues when they arise<\/li>\n<li>Building a list of high quality external vendors<\/li>\n<li>Holding internal teams and external stakeholders accountable for following business processes<\/li>\n<li>Procuring work tools<\/li>\n<li>Managing office maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with founders and people operations to onboard\/ offboard staff<\/li>\n<li>Organizing company offsite events and travel<\/li>\n<li>Supporting multiple teams and managing projects<\/li>\n<li>This is an opportunity to join a dynamic organization and a fast-paced team committed to delivering excellent member experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Personal Specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in office management\/operations\/people ops<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational and administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Used to working in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile for the team<\/li>\n<li>Superb communication skills &amp; the ability to interact at all levels within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Strong vendor management experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing requirements seamlessly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/boards.greenhouse.io\/getprospa\/jobs\/4181762005\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prospa is a bank for Nigerian entrepreneurs.
