We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Head of Security<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> 10324<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re in search of an experienced HVAC professional to join us as AC Technician. You will be responsible for the HVAC systems and equipment at Everty One Tower.<\/li>\n<li>Expect to engage in skilled level works in HVAC installation, maintenance, testing (including software), and repair. This role reports to the Head of Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>This role will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning units.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly maintain all HVAC cooling units, ventilate equipment and controls, and diagnose defects and malfunctions.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust and calibrate thermostatic controls.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect and maintain refrigerators, ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and design new air conditioning systems, including installation and maintenance plans.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory for tools, orders, and repairs; log and document equipment repairs, adhere to the daily work plan, track time, and communicate daily with the Head of Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Know and comply with statutory safety regulations and Everty policy regarding lockout\/tagout procedures and the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>In this role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The GCE O-Level is required.<\/li>\n<li>R \/ A Grade II \/ III Trade Test Certificate is required.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience working with HVAC maintenance and services are required.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ynvgroup.jibeapply.com\/everty\/jobs\/10324\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Everty is an equal opportunity employer.
