We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative Intern<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Gbagada, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Intern with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with customers through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.<\/li>\n<li>Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support<\/li>\n<li>Work with customer service managers to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and practices<\/li>\n<li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt\/respond to different types of characters<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be comfortable using computers.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.<\/li>\n<li>Must be available to work occasionally at nights, holidays and weekends<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN50,000 &#8211; N80,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u00a0and Cover Letters\u00a0to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@quickmove.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@quickmove.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n10th February, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must be based in Lagos.
