We are developing an innovative model to rapidly improve the availability of vehicles for on-demand ridesharing services across major metro cities while also creating sustainable jobs for drivers We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Assistant \/ Office Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Operations<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Business Assistant\/Office Manager reporting into the Manager: Head of Business Support.<\/li>\n<li>As a proven result-driven person, the BA\/Office Manager will be the leading point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners for his\/her reporting manager.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will have some experience in a Startup environment. The BA\/Office Manager will be prepared to be fully accountable for managing the executive\u2019s calendar and setting up meetings, managing office logistics, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner and being the main point of contact.<\/li>\n<li>In this role, you will dig deep into your administrative and coordination skills that make the organization more efficient, effective and amazing. If you&#8217;ve got patience, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for organization, this is the role for you!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a BA\/Office Manager to manage projects, tasks and schedules for our Executives and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll be Doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support to the Country Manager and the wider business<\/li>\n<li>Extensive management of travel and accommodation arrangements for Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda teams. Also manage the visa process for foreign visitors to Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Procurement of work tools for new joiners and team<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the office is run smoothly and compliant with our Environment and Social Management policy, and health &amp; safety compliant in line with regulations<\/li>\n<li>Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners<\/li>\n<li>Gate-keep effectively and efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with executives to ensure they are delivering on their OKRs<\/li>\n<li>Manage executives\u2019 calendars, set up meetings and ensure executives\u2019 time is coordinated and used efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Ensure executives have necessary information ahead of meetings<\/li>\n<li>Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner thereby being a key source of information<\/li>\n<li>Manage team and firm events<\/li>\n<li>Expense reporting<\/li>\n<li>Manage new joiner and leaver onboarding<\/li>\n<li>Draft documents for internal and external communication \u2013 memos, emails presentations, reports where required<\/li>\n<li>Screen and direct correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage projects where required<\/li>\n<li>Apply confidentiality and discretion at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You will need for this position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n<li>7 years work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Good experience in travel management<\/li>\n<li>Must have a \u2018can do\u2019 attitude and ready to take on additional tasks when required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Google Suite and Ms Outlook knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Excellent scheduling and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organisational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Discretion and confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who You&#8217;ll Be Working with:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directly reporting to Manager: Head of Business Support, and closely working with our internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.moove.io\/jobs\/2397414-business-assistant-office-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moove is on a mission to redefine what large-scale rideshare leasing and vehicle ownership look like in Africa.
