We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Merchandiser<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Festac, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to produce sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services. You will get the right product, in the right place, time, quantity and price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers\u2019 expectations and company\u2019s objectives<\/li>\n<li>Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges\/stock<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales<\/li>\n<li>Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory<\/li>\n<li>Forecast profits\/sales and plan budgets<\/li>\n<li>Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc<\/li>\n<li>Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals<\/li>\n<li>Remain up to date with industry\u2019s best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 &#8211; 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in merchandising<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN40,000 &#8211; N50,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified applicants should send thier Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:pacrecruitment1@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pacrecruitment1@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only applicants with Merchandiser experience will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PacRecruitment is a top Business and HR Consulting agency in Nigeria for recruitment and Assessment, outsourcing, sales solutions and Technology solutions.
