We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Care Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Sango, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Listen to customers\u2019 concerns, issues and questions.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customers\u2019 concerns and answer customers\u2019 questions to your best ability.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers\u2019 complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend possible products to meet the customers\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n<li>Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Personable and attentive.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal communicator.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable products and markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN50,000 \/ Month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@ringo.com.ng\">recruitment@ringo.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n28th February, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ringo Telecommunication is an indigenous Telecommunications company established in 2004.
