We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Truck Driver<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive trucks to specified destinations on official assignments<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate time records of the company truck movement.<\/li>\n<li>Report the need for new licenses or renewal of licenses to the line manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate fueling of the truck before use<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all state and federal driving regulations and standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that trucks are always functional and in good condition<\/li>\n<li>Complete all allocated work and trips within the stipulated time<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the truck is kept in a good and clean condition<\/li>\n<li>Inspect trucks for mechanical and safety issues, and perform preventive maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Plan routes and meet delivery schedules<\/li>\n<li>Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, etc) and in line with company policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily maintenance checks on the truck and notify the line manager of any issues<\/li>\n<li>Complete all movement documentation such as logs, mileage reports<\/li>\n<li>Perform other assigned functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of an SSCE or ND \/ NCE<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 10 years of relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s license is highly required<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Truck Driver<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of national roads routes is very essential<\/li>\n<li>Possess defensive driving skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to drive long hours is essential<\/li>\n<li>Proficient at driving and parking large trucks.<\/li>\n<li>Physically fit and strong.<\/li>\n<li>Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Application Letter to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:pharmarecruitment2online@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pharmarecruitment2online@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b><br \/>\n21st February, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vixa Pharmaceutical Company Limited a well-established Nigerian Pharmaceutical Company.
