We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Utility Operator \/ Technician<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operation and maintenance of utility equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nTo take care of Preventive Maintenance of following Utility Equipment like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Centrifugal Chiller (630 Tr ) ,<\/li>\n<li>Screw type Air Compressors (352 cfm)<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerant type Air Dryer (352 cfm)<\/li>\n<li>Thermic fluid heater (30 M kilo-cal\/hr)<\/li>\n<li>Cooling tower (450 *4 CMH)<\/li>\n<li>Centrifugal, Screw &amp; gear Pumps<\/li>\n<li>Vapor Absorption Machine (1000 Tr ) ,<\/li>\n<li>Air handling unit (30000,24000.8000 cfm-26 nos.),<\/li>\n<li>Fire hydrant system<\/li>\n<li>RO Plant, STP plant above 20kld,<\/li>\n<li>Material handling equipment like Crane, Pallet trolley Diesel forklifts &amp; Electrical forklifts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and maintaining all the set parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of water pumps<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth functioning of all utility machinery<\/li>\n<li>Preventive and corrective maintenance of Utility equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all the record of Preventive maintenance \/ Breakdown records, History cards &amp; Critical spare.<\/li>\n<li>To attain the day to day complaints of inter\/intra dept., under the supervision of shift in charges and to rectify these complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Do the preventive maintenance of all the utilities equipment\u2019s as per schedule \/ shutdown available and maintain the respective records.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions in Utilities Area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 5 &#8211; 10 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of VAM (Vapour Absorption Machine), chillers, compressors, HVAC systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careeratflexfilms@gmail.com\"><strong>careeratflexfilms@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n14th February, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FlexFilms is the global film manufacturing arm of India\u2019s largest multinational flexible packaging solutions company, Uflex Limited.
