We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Company Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Wuye, Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Administration<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> Legal<br \/>\n<strong>Report To:<\/strong> Managing Partner<br \/>\n<strong>Work Hours:<\/strong> 12noon &#8211; 10pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidate will (but not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the in the preparation and presentation of general reports, and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, coordinate, and maintain calendar of the Managing Partner including appointments, meetings, and travel.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the Managing Partner while ensuring all requirements are made e.g., meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for organizing Managing Partner \u2019s travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while traveling and completing expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to the Managing Partner \u2019s office including phone calls, emails and walk-ins, ensuring correct department distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the Managing Partner, including drafting, and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues, and arranging refreshments.<\/li>\n<li>Write and distribute comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post-meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and write high-quality reports and presentations, as required by the Managing Partner.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in structuring and planning the calendar of events for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidential files; records, reports, and contact information.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with the general staff and prospective clients on MP\u2019s behalf and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities.<\/li>\n<li>Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of Managing Partner\u2019s, committees, and executives.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in regular team meetings to help identify process flow improvements and efficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A graduate in Administration\/ Management<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 &#8211; 3 years of Administrative\/ Executive Assistance Experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs especially Word and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organizing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver on assigned mandates.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable leadership abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Team building techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in the art of multitasking<\/li>\n<li>Must be very bright, energetic and proactive.<\/li>\n<li>Must be relatable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@eclathrconsulting.com.ng\">jobs@eclathrconsulting.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Company Secretary&#8221;<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n20th February, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eclat Human Resources Consulting Limited is a progressive Human Resource Management Firm with its Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.
