We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Services &#8211; Finance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership to the company, including responsibility for the budget, planning, and supporting the M-KOPA executive team through financial analysis and management reports.<\/li>\n<li>You will lead analysts in building actuals, forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for covered businesses or functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurate recording of all financial records and ensure they are in line with company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly general ledger reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of monthly management accounts including detailed analysis of movements in key line items.<\/li>\n<li>Provide insightful commercial information and financial analysis to guide strategic and operation decisions across the company.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial and tax regulations<\/li>\n<li>Lead a team of financial and administrative assistants and provide consistent feedback to improve performance.<\/li>\n<li>Consult Group finance about funding options and recommend cost-reducing solutions<\/li>\n<li>Participate in project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests<\/li>\n<li>Develop, document, and implement day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, tax remittance and other transactions).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field required<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Five (5) years\u2019 experience in a finance role, including managing a team of financial analysts or associates.<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of successfully leading the financial reporting for a business unit, company or functional area<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good decision making and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver on agreed timelines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate across internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.lever.co\/m-kopa\/6e0e2de8-2fed-472d-ba4d-2e15d82347c1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The scale and impact of our work is massive.
