CCL\u00a0 Contracts Consultancy Limited has been requested by a major international oil company to provide a Senior Instrumentation Engineers. Residential position based in Lagos. Contract duration 1 year (renewable).<\/p>\n

The Role:<\/strong>
\nCCL has been requested by a major international contractor to provide experienced Senior Instrumentation Engineers for the detailed engineering of FPSO topsides project based in Lagos. Single status, rotation 5 weeks on \/ 1 week off \/ 6 working days a week. Travel as required by client. One year (renewable) contract. Rates and T&Cs to be discussed and agreed.

\nThe Person<\/strong>
\n6 to 10 years of experience in instrumentation & control systems engineering and design. Experience with industrial codes and the applications of INtools and industrial sizing programs. Experience as support during the development of P&IDs, development of control and shutdown philosophy, generation of systems functional specifications, development of DCS, ICSS and F\/G systems. Experience of sizing control valves, relief valves and flow elements and preparation of instrument datasheets. Experience of positions as a lead discipline engineer on a large project and \/ or several smaller projects at detail engineering phase.

\nQualifications Required<\/strong>
\nIdeal candidates will hold a University Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline. Working knowledge of API 14C, ISA, ASME and industrial sizing calculation tools. Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English, essential. Must be eligible to reside and work in Nigeria.<\/p>\n
