Under it, candidates are invited to apply through PTDF to specific programmes at partner institutions.<\/li>\n<li>The award includes the provision of flight tickets, payment of health insurance, payment of tuition and bench fees (where applicable), and the provision of allowances to meet the costs of accommodation and living expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested applicants should please note the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the 2023\/2024 award, applications will be limited to PTDF partner universities in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Malaysia where it feels the scholarship&#8217;s high standards can be maintained and the objectives of the scheme will be best served.<\/li>\n<li>A full list of sponsored courses and Application Forms are available on the scholarship portal:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/scholarship.ptdf.gov.ng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scholarship.ptdf.gov.ng<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Selection Process, Criteria &amp; Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PTDF scholarships are highly competitive, and only candidates who are outstanding across the board are selected.<\/li>\n<li>Based on the submitted qualifications, the top applicants for each category from each state will be invited for an interview where a selection committee will be constituted to assess applications using the following criteria:\n<ul>\n<li>Academic merit as evidenced by the quality of degrees, full academic transcripts and other professional qualifications acquired Relevant publications to be referenced by applicant (PhD applicants only)<\/li>\n<li>Membership in professional bodies<\/li>\n<li>The viability of the study\/research plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Candidates with M.Sc. Degree:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) qualification in their first degree or a Second Class Lower (2.2) with relevant industry experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC) 3.
