We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Compliance \/ Internal Control Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki Phase I, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with AML\/CFT requirements; in particular, account activity reviews and investigations to identify an unusual and suspicious pattern<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with the bank\u2019s internal policies, including adequate knowledge and documentation of them.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all KYC documentation provided on customers\u2019 accounts is accurate through the regular review of Account opening documentation both on the file and on the Core Banking Application<\/li>\n<li>Daily Independent Call Over of all transactions posted, conducting spot checks and periodic audits on all departmental processes<\/li>\n<li>Substantially work with the team to reduce bank PAR through daily loan monitoring and strategic recovery<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring close contact with loan officers on their defaulting clients, providing support for them in the area of calls and joint recovery visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a B.Sc.\u00a0Degree or HND<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have at least 2-3 years Microfinance Bank experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Good Knowledge of the Bankone Core Banking Application<\/li>\n<li>Completion of the Microfinance Certification Programme is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proximity to Lekki is very important.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N180,000 \/ Month<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@shalommfb.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@shalommfb.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Compliance \/ Internal Control Officer&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n6th March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shalom Microfinance Bank Limited is an indigenous financial institution set up to provide financial services to Individuals, Entrepreneurs, and Businesses in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) category.
