We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head of Operations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team<\/li>\n<li>Design policies that align with overall strategy<\/li>\n<li>Implement efficient processes and standards<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization<\/li>\n<li>Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts<\/li>\n<li>Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Report on operational performance and suggest improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc \/ BA in Accounting, Business Management or other relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations manageror similar leadership role<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with all business functions includingfinance, supply chain and IT<\/li>\n<li>Experience with implementing IT systems<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data analytics and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Good with numbers and financial planning<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership ability<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mind<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving aptitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitmentnmfb@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitmentnmfb@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n28th February, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be considered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Neptune is on a mission to empower people through financial inter-mediation in Nigeria and Africa.
