We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Oshodi, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties \/ Responsibilities \/ Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for Managing Director, including: managing an extremely active and dynamic calendar of appointments: completing expenses report: composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas: and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Plans, coordinates and ensure the Managing Director\u2019s schedule is followed and respected. Provides gatekeeper and gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Managing Director\u2019s time and office<\/li>\n<li>Communicates directly , and on behalf of the Managing Director, with board of directors members, executive and leadership team members, and others on matters related to the Managing Director\u2019s initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Managing Director including those of sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral or response<\/li>\n<li>Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Managing Director\u2019s office and internal departments: demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior leadership team members<\/li>\n<li>Works closely and effectively with the Managing Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
