We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service and Transaction Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki \/ Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Work Structure:<\/strong> Rotational Work Shift Structure<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary of Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Customer relations and Transaction specialist is responsible to manage client transactions with the organization while delivering quality service within defined timeline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Function:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Customer Service Units:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bitcoin Account Management Unit<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and Supervise Transactions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Clients get Timely Response to all Enquiries for Bitcoin, USDT, Crypto<\/li>\n<li>Generating and Manage Reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Giftcard Transaction Specialist Unit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adding clients that want to trade bitcoin and crypto generally to the bitcoin groups created for the CTRS operations.<\/li>\n<li>Trading Gift cards daily<\/li>\n<li>Generating and Manage Reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Finance Unit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor Day to Day operations in the department<\/li>\n<li>Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data<\/li>\n<li>Validate Withdrawals of and for Customers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Cashflow is stable<\/li>\n<li>Process timely payments for all Clients<\/li>\n<li>Generating and Manage Reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND \/ OND qualification with 0 &#8211; 1 year work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify errors<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate handling of sensitive information<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work to deadlines<\/li>\n<li>High level of attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong client relationship management and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN60,000 &#8211; N80,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume \/ CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@myfurex.co\">hr@myfurex.co<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n2nd March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FUREX is an innovative, technology-driven company that has existed for five years.
