We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Experience Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team<\/li>\n<li>In this role, you will be responsible for 1st level engagements with customers on WhatsApp, calls and other social media platforms concerning Traction POS and Bank Transfer issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adopt standards\/procedures for ensuring the optimal customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Utilize social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick responses to inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations<\/li>\n<li>Attend to the customer&#8217;s queries on our social media platforms and incoming phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Cross-sell Traction&#8217;s products and services while engaging the customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Need (Requirements):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ BSc Degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year experience in a relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of the Fintech industry<\/li>\n<li>Ability to relate professionally with merchants\/customers, attending to their needs in a proactive manner<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Traction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Join a high-potential organization.
