We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Production Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Kaduna<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the entire production department including Manpower, estimate cost and budget, health and safety of the department.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling employee shift and keeping track of employee timing and performance on the job.<\/li>\n<li>Keep track and monitor inventory and dispatch of finished goods.<\/li>\n<li>Be proactive to come up with suggestions or ideas on how to improve service delivery of the production team.<\/li>\n<li>Plans and organizes work to meet individual, team and departmental objectives whilst achieving quality and value.<\/li>\n<li>Takes a methodical approach to work, prioritizes tasks effectively to consistently meet deadlines, meeting customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Enforce strict adherence to FIFO in all warehouses.<\/li>\n<li>Set the quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed<\/li>\n<li>Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met<\/li>\n<li>Collate and analyze data, putting together production and operational reports<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and motivate a team of workers<\/li>\n<li>Review worker performance and identify training need<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties may be assigned when the need arise by the general manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Technical, or related Degree.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years related working experience, at least 1years in a managerial role, and experience in manufacturing organization would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget at the right time<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and multitask<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Awareness and attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the use of machines.<\/li>\n<li>Technical know-how in food production<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:aziziahr@yahoo.com\"><strong>aziziahr@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n8th March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pizza Factory is a Nigeria company based in the Northern part of the country including the FCT.
