We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abule-Egba, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide secretariat support to the Group Managing Director<\/li>\n<li>Remind the GMD of important tasks and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Collate information, prepare memos and manage database and filling system<\/li>\n<li>Ensure decisions made by the Management are communicated to the relevant department<\/li>\n<li>Organize a filing system for important and confidential document<\/li>\n<li>Manage some office documents of the company<\/li>\n<li>Proofread all memos and reports as addressed to the GMD before the presentation<\/li>\n<li>Organise and schedule appointments<\/li>\n<li>Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters And forms<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of a regularly scheduled report<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a filing system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Job Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 4 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>fluent English language speaking and writing proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good planning and stress management skills<\/li>\n<li>strong organisation skills with details to attention<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and execute tasks effectively<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.(Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hradvertizer@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hradvertizer@yahoo.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Executive Assistant&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n30th March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ama-Zuma Group is the first of the three companies and was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited company on the 13th of April 2005, with RC No. 0019499.
