We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a young and vibrant Operations Manager that will implement the right processes and practices across our esteemed organization.<\/li>\n<li>The position requires an individual to have a good business acumen with a broad understanding of Information Technology.<\/li>\n<li>We need someone that we can trust to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees<\/li>\n<li>Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions<\/li>\n<li>Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing sales promotions and campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Contribute operations information and, recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends<\/li>\n<li>Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations<\/li>\n<li>Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations<\/li>\n<li>Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review\/approval responsibility for all operations employees<\/li>\n<li>Run a safe, injury\/accident-free workplace<\/li>\n<li>Establish contracts and pricing and ensure proper maintenance and serve as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health, and safety agencies<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues.<\/li>\n<li>Devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the management team to set and\/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement retention strategies for existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Accomplish the company\u2019s overall sales growth target<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as an Operations Manager in the IT industry<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management<\/li>\n<li>Experience budgeting and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with business and financial principles<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership ability<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Broad technology knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Should live in close proximity to Lekki Phase one.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical insurance and coverage<\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation package<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to work with smart and kind colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:peaceonyinyechi@yahoo.com\">peaceonyinyechi@yahoo.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n27th February, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Promethean Consulting Limited is a firm focused on providing enterprise class solutions and support to small and medium size organizations.
