We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Ikeja office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage inbound customer communications &#8211; Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.<\/li>\n<li>Consult on customer success &#8211; Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product\/service based on their unique needs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain working product knowledge &#8211; Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.<\/li>\n<li>Track interactions in CRM &#8211; Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers with any queries they may have via calls, email, chat and\/or social media<\/li>\n<li>Represent the brand in a professional and friendly manner<\/li>\n<li>Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, escalating issues to internal teams as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ownership in documenting and resolving customer issues<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi task on assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>1+years proven experience in supporting client success<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of financial services and smartphone apps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Pay &#8211; N50,000 per month.<\/li>\n<li>KPI &#8211; N20,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfei8Ggvd5uY7ZViiDHGwGiUtMYndWF_ZQh0FtVaHa55VL5cw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n1st March, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Palmpay Limited is a pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania and expanding to other markets.
