Have a look at detailed description below, apply and bring your career to the next level at Kimberly-Clark!<\/li>\n<li>This role has the primary responsibility to provide administrative and secretarial services to General Manager.<\/li>\n<li>To meet business &amp; site objectives. The incumbent ensures accurate and confidential oral and written communications, managing calendars, meetings and travel plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive service to the General Manager which includes:<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of Leadership Team meetings\/Conferences including weekly LT meetings, key reoccurring meetings for the General Manager. Ensure summary notes are taken and distributed accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of G&amp;A Budget for General Manager\u2019s Office<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of visits to Nigeria by KCC personnel and other visitors<\/li>\n<li>Domestic\/International travel arrangements for the Managing Director<\/li>\n<li>Professional administrative and secretarial service to the General Manager and his team<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with LT for data and compile required by GM<\/li>\n<li>Run analysis on data as and when required<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the K-C Nigeria Crisis Management Programme &amp; Procedures with the Security Manager and on behalf of the General Manager<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate publication and distribution of K-C Nigeria monthly Magazine<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all K-C Nigeria Social Responsibility Programmes , award\/year end events and monthly free samples with relevant function leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate effective running of the Commercial office with CBRE.<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Travel Administration for all Managment, e.g., Travel Agent, Car Hire, Foreign Exchange, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expected Candidate&#8217;s Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience as an administrative\/personal assistant, solid experience in administrative work<\/li>\n<li>Good time management and organizational\/coordination skills,<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently using own initiative,<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English (both written &amp; spoken).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of and experience with Outlook, Power Point, Excel is a must!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An annual performance related bonus,<\/li>\n<li>Private medical cover with dental care,<\/li>\n<li>Life insurance,<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to growth and develop within Global Business Service Center.<\/li>\n<li>flexible working arrangement (hybrid mode of work)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kimberlyclark.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/GLOBAL\/job\/Administrative-Assistant_854650\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kimberly-Clark and its well-known global brands are an indispensable part of life for people in more than 150 countries.
