As we expand our global footprint, we are recruiting an enthusiastic and professional candidate for our Nigeria Office in the capacity below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Customer Service<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The incumbent should be somoene who can understand the customer\u2019s requirements quickly and present solutions that meet their needs.<\/li>\n<li>This role is suited to individuals who are capable of remaining calm when customers are giving complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Does This Opportunity Mean for You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cold calling students using a given database to pitch overseas education<\/li>\n<li>Answering incoming calls from candidates, our other offices, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Using scripts to provide information about the services provided and present the company in the<br \/>\nbest possible way<\/li>\n<li>To help bridge the gap between the marketing team and the recruitment \/ conversion team<\/li>\n<li>Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company\u2019s reputation<\/li>\n<li>Go the extra mile to meet the targets set by the company and facilitate the future goals<\/li>\n<li>Keep a record of the calls and record useful information<\/li>\n<li>Ask pertinent questions to understand the requirements of the calls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Attributes Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc \/ BA English or equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative<\/li>\n<li>Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English<\/li>\n<li>Persistent and results-oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aecc.bamboohr.com\/careers\/52\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AECC Global &#8211; With a global footprint that spans 15 countries and is continually growing, AECC is an education and migration agency making waves internationally.
