We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Surulere, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees all operations for a hotel, ensuring that everything is up to par and all guests&#8217; needs are met<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service.<\/li>\n<li>Also, achieve business objectives and maximise the profitability of all outlets.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective cost controls in all areas.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and direct the hotel main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular operations meeting with all HODs to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Deputise for the General Manager in his absence and at various meetings &amp; events.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for maximising profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for all the day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel<\/li>\n<li>Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation and grooming.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of yourself, other employees, guests and any other persons on the Hotel premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the hospitality industry is very necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u00a0to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jobdv8@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jobdv8@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n1st April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Do not apply if you do not have any experience as an Operations Manager.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dreams by DV8 Hotel is a luxury hotel located in premier city of Surulere, Lagos. &#8220;To treat a stranger as one of our own&#8221; characterizes the hospitality one can expect&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2846],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Dreams by DV8 Hotel Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
