We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Call Center Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Customer Experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Language Proficiency: HAUSA Fluency: HIGH Responsible for the timely management of calls (both inbound and outbound); identifying customers\u2019 needs and providing appropriate solutions to their complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer incoming calls and respond to customer\u2019s emails<\/li>\n<li>Management and resolve customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate issues to supervisors<\/li>\n<li>Provide product and service information to customers<\/li>\n<li>Research required information using available resources<\/li>\n<li>Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software<\/li>\n<li>Process orders, forms, and application<\/li>\n<li>Route calls to appropriate resources<\/li>\n<li>Document all call information according to standard operating procedures<\/li>\n<li>Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls<\/li>\n<li>Follow up customer calls where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Upsell products and services<\/li>\n<li>Complete call logs and reports<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A First Degree in a relevant field<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in a call center environment\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Technical expert in related computer applications.<\/li>\n<li>Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.<\/li>\n<li>Able to maintain customer confidentiality.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a similar role, and high fluency in YORUBA, IGBO or HAUSA language<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal &amp; phone communication skills, with active listening<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship management skills and highly developed emotional intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in relevant computer applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/armpension.joinus.ng\/?!=vacancy.view@508\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n12th March, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARM Pension Managers (PFA) Limited is one of the first seven Pension Fund Administrators (PFA) granted license by the National Pension Commission in December 2005.
