Founded in 2012 by Banke Fasominu, a passionate hobby fast turned into a profitable business serving individuals, homes, and corporations with a clear vision to &#8221; Enrich lives by creating useful products that people love.&#8221; We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Profit Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The profit Manager works to improve the organization\u2019s market position and achieve financial growth, defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients. must plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.<\/li>\n<li>Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.<\/li>\n<li>Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.<\/li>\n<li>Developing quotes and proposals for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.<\/li>\n<li>Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client Retention:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Work with other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast sales revenue and profitability targets and ensure they are met.<\/li>\n<li>Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.<\/li>\n<li>Work with staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.<\/li>\n<li>Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company\u2019s people and capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the company\u2019s goal and purpose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or equivalent;<\/li>\n<li>3 years of business-to-business (B2B) and experience working with a diverse team;<\/li>\n<li>Passionate for tech and innovation and loves the startup culture.<\/li>\n<li>This role is the ideal opportunity for someone looking for new challenges that would allow them to make a noticeable, positive impact in the company while learning and adapting to our fast-paced scale-up environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u00a0 to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:bukolaleonard@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bukolaleonard@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n11th March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oludidit is a creative brand in Nigeria that produces gifts, stationery, and decor products using a mix of African and Western designs.
