We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Job Title: Strategic Insights Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong>\u00a0 86946<br \/>\n<strong>Professional area:<\/strong> Marketing<br \/>\n<strong>Contract type:\u00a0<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Professional level:<\/strong>\u00a0 Experienced<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our market is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as Strategic Insights Manager.<\/li>\n<li>You will be accountable and responsible for generating actionable business insight, utilizing &amp; integrating various data sources, to enable informed portfolio, pricing, and marketing strategic decisions for the Nigerian market.<\/li>\n<li>Combining data analytical skills and business acumen, this position will give you the opportunity to play a central role in identifying and advising the Leadership and Marketing and Sales teams on commercial opportunities &amp; marketing strategies that will give JTI a competitive edge in the marketplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Areas of Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor &amp; analyze data relating to market &amp; industry dynamics, consumer needs, JTI and competitor performance, trade, portfolio, and pricing strategies, to identify business, portfolio &amp; brands\u2019 challenges &amp; opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Translate captured insights into actionable recommendations to support decision-making (pricing, portfolio strategy, brand prioritization needs, Marketing &amp; Sales programs)<\/li>\n<li>Build the optimal Market &amp; Consumer insight framework\u00a0for the Leadership and Marketing &amp; Sales teams\u00a0\u2013\u00a0provide recommendations and analysis through regular reporting and\u00a0ensure that insights are broadly received and understood.<\/li>\n<li>Guide the Marketing &amp; Sales team with the set up and monitoring of the objectives &amp; KPIs to aid the assessment of the M&amp;S programs\u2019 effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationship with key S.I. partners (global &amp; local Research Institutes) to ensure a long-term supply of reliable high-quality insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Economics, Business Management or similar, MBA considered a plus<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years experience with data analysis focused on supporting a commercial operation within the FMCG environment (Strategic Insights function and\/o Market Research industry)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced in marketing research methodologies and high-level report building.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English (written &amp; spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functional Skills: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledgeable in Market research (Qualitative and Quantitative, Retail audit)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Analytics &amp; Synthesis skills, good Communication &amp; Collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Commercial knowledge (previous experience with Sales and other Commercial functions is a great plus).<\/li>\n<li>Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.jti.com\/job\/Lagos-STRATEGIC-INSIGHTS-MANAGER-LA-100001\/910130501\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Japan Tobacco International (JTI) is a member of the Japan Tobacco Group of Companies.
