We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Status:\u00a0<\/strong>Full staff<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Technical Services<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:\u00a0<\/strong>General Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction in the MEP Industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing growth strategies and plans<\/li>\n<li>Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients with plan to increase client base<\/li>\n<li>Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition<\/li>\n<li>Writing business proposals<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and mapping business strengths and customers\u2019 needs<\/li>\n<li>Researching business opportunities and viable income streams<\/li>\n<li>Following industry trends locally and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and reviewing contracts<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit&#8217;s offerings to customers<\/li>\n<li>Engage in key or targeted customer activities<\/li>\n<li>Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and attend client meetings with aim to convert to clients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as Technoton\u2019s policies.<\/li>\n<li>Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry-associated meetings\/events and seminars. Provide feedback to the Operations Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and responsive to clients and prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively develop and improve processes to service clients.<\/li>\n<li>Determine an efficient communication procedure to alert sales management teams of issues that impact client delivery or service.<\/li>\n<li>Fosters good teamwork. Strength of working relationship with the team.
