We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Handyman<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Benin City, Edo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential Duties and Key Responsibilities include the following and other duties as may be assigned:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assumes responsibility for implementation of maintenance schedule for electrical equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Facility Manager to implement maintenance schedule for all electrical equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all electrical panels and equipment are properly maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out routine check on electrical equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Assumes responsibility for proper lightening in cinema<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all burnt bulb is replace immediately in office and in the entire cinema.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure constant light in the toilet.<\/li>\n<li>Responds to emergency call outs.<\/li>\n<li>Assumes responsibility for ensuring proper repairs of electrical equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out repairs on electrical panels and equipment in management office and the entire cinema.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that electrical panels and equipment are not over load.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the user of electrical equipment comply with manufacturing specification and IEE regulation.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out routine checks on electrical panels and equipment to avoid breakdown<\/li>\n<li>Assumes responsibility for maintaining safety culture<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all contractors and vendors comply with safety rules and regulation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that work area is clean, secure and as well maintained<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that bad furniture is properly fixed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper maintenance of the building such as painting<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper maintenance of retail equipment in the location<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The right candidate must have a minimum of OND \/ HND \/ BSc. \/ Trade Test<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic working principle of mechanical equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling Electrical equipment and Installations.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She must have the ability to keep abreast of the trend in this field of expertise and make practical application of specialized knowledge in everyday situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Relation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation &amp; Networking Skills<\/li>\n<li>Personal Credibility<\/li>\n<li>Planning and Organizational Skills<\/li>\n<li>Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/FilmhouseCinema1\/743999891879377-handyman-benin-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Filmhouse Cinemas Limited is a dynamic film exhibition company.
