We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant &#8211; Human Resources<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the day-to-day HR activities of the organization such as personnel management, maintenance of HR records, office management, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and scheduling interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Payroll management and administration of statutory remittances<\/li>\n<li>Attendance management<\/li>\n<li>HRIS reporting<\/li>\n<li>Assist with performance management procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate EHS and Housekeeping activities in the factory.<\/li>\n<li>Administer office consumables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in any related field of study with at least 3 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should possess advanced MS Excel knowledge<\/li>\n<li>HR certification will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:humanresources@thelecc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>humanresources@thelecc.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n17th March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FlexFilms is the global film manufacturing arm of India\u2019s largest multinational flexible packaging solutions company, Uflex Limited.
