{"id":176211,"date":"2023-03-13T09:30:07","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T08:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=176211"},"modified":"2023-03-13T14:42:58","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T13:42:58","slug":"the-workplace-centre-limited-current-job-opportunity-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/the-workplace-centre-limited-current-job-opportunity-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"The Workplace Centre Limited Current Job Opportunity &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Workplace Centre Limited &#8211; Our client, an International School, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: English Language &amp; Literature Teacher<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikotun Egbe, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time \/ Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, organize, and provide instruction in English that is aligned with the National curriculum and school standards to meet the varied learning styles, abilities, and needs of students.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student\u2019s knowledge and abilities inappropriate grade levels and subjects.<\/li>\n<li>Administer academic assessments for the purpose of evaluating student progress for meeting academic learning targets and progress in knowledge acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain standards of student behavior required to run an orderly and productive classroom environment.<\/li>\n<li>Value and support students to achieve their full potential<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage the behavior of students<\/li>\n<li>Engage in curriculum development and planning activities, individually and as a team<\/li>\n<li>Participate in standardization\/verification and moderation, as required<\/li>\n<li>Ensure provision is aligned with best practices nationally<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility as required for the development of a relevant curriculum area<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for achieving the section\u2019s targets in retention, attendance, achievements, high grades, added value, and student satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Oversee assigned out-of-classroom activities during the school day, as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties as may be assigned by the principal or superintendent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or above in Education, English Language<\/li>\n<li>Must have 4-7 years of teaching experience in a reputable School.<\/li>\n<li>M.Sc.
