They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: IT Support \/ Field Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring major backhaul and upstream links (Ping\/PRTG\/Cacti).<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring 24 hours (7days) uptime of power system (Inverter\/UPS).<\/li>\n<li>Remote support to field engineer (Port check \/ ip-check \/ frequency check \/ RF scan etc).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Upstream link uptime (Escalating the issue to responsible body\/Vendor\/Engineer &amp; close follow up till resolution).<\/li>\n<li>BS monitoring (Escalating the issue to responsible body\/Vendor\/Engineer &#8212;-close follow up till resolution).<\/li>\n<li>Regular check on NEPA \/ Generator \/ Diesel check.<\/li>\n<li>Hourly check on NEPA availability &amp; Inverter Charging status.<\/li>\n<li>Daily check on Generator working \/ Diesel level.<\/li>\n<li>Daily check on Inverter Battery Water Level.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Bandwidth Downtime reporting (Dolphin\/MTN\/Airtel) in Excel format.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly BS Downtime reporting in excel format.<\/li>\n<li>Remote support to field engineer on firewall configuration and troubleshooting..<\/li>\n<li>LAPTOP Configuration (Windows \/ Office\/ Antivirus installation &amp; activation.<\/li>\n<li>LAN \/WAN Survey.<\/li>\n<li>Radio Link configuration \/ RF Path scan.<\/li>\n<li>Radio link troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>If required ready to climb upto 60 fit height.<\/li>\n<li>CCTV Installation &amp; NVR Configuration.<\/li>\n<li>Biometric installation &amp; Configuration.<\/li>\n<li>Firewall Installation \/ Configuration \/ License activation.<\/li>\n<li>Router\/switch\/access-point installation &amp; configuration,<\/li>\n<li>Structural cabling \/ patching \/ testing\/Rack mounting\/ Fiber laying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN50,000 &#8211; N250,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested\u00a0and qualified candidates should send their CV\u00a0to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:letreda@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">letreda@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using &#8220;IT SUPPORT \/ FIELD ENGINEER&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n23rd March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Treda &#8211; Our client Specializes in information communication technology (ICT) integration and connectivity solutions.
