We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire an exemplary customer service supervisor to coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.<\/li>\n<li>The customer service supervisor will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results.<\/li>\n<li>You will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes.<\/li>\n<li>You will maintain documentation such as correspondence and operational records, and communicate promotional offers to customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides day-to-day leadership to ensure a high-performance, customer service-oriented work\u00a0environment that supports achieving the Department\u2019s and the District\u2019s mission, objectives, and\u00a0values.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize, assign, evaluate, and supervise the work of all Customer Service Representatives.
