We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Facility Maintenance Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Estate Surveyor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Facility officer will oversee all building-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be well-organized andable to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Tasks and Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate all installations, repairs and replacement (telecommunications, electricity, generators, pumping machine, fire alarm, extinguisher etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Inspect buildings\u2019 structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations<\/li>\n<li>Review utilities consumption and strive tominimize costs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of Diesel, petrol and oil<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all facilities staff (cleaners, technicians, security etc.) andexternal contractors<\/li>\n<li>Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handle insurance plans, bills payment and service contracts<\/li>\n<li>Keep financial and non-financial records<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and ensure that timely update is given to all occupant of the facility<\/li>\n<li>Constantly liaise with vendors on procurement matters<\/li>\n<li>Perform analysis and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all health and safety measures are observed adequately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s \/ HND Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience Required:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year experience in facility maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Prospect must demonstrate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess and prioritise tasks<\/li>\n<li>Good computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use initiative and work unsupervised<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organisational Skill, Customer Service Skill, Forecasting, Renovations, Customer Service, Excel, Technical Skill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/app.ismartrecruit.com\/jobDescription?x=E7pYnJhZGZpZWxkY29uc3VsdGluZy5uZXRfMTNfTElOS0VESU4=Q9e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Studio Two is a design and branding agency.
