We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Yaba, Lagos (Onsite)<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting to:<\/strong> Customer Service Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We&#8217;re hiring a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The Customer Service Manager will be working in a high pressured, fast paced environment, overseeing the day to day<\/li>\n<li>The role will require the successful candidate to investigate and monitor disputed customer transactions that are received verbally and\/or in writing to ensure we are providing excellent customer service, complying with all applicable regulations, and minimizing financial impact to the company.<\/li>\n<li>The Customer Service Manager (Resolution) will handle escalated customer issues which may involve answering\/making calls to customers and\/or merchants while conducting research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage sensitive and escalate customer complaints ensuring senior managers are briefed where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare appropriate responses to complaints received directly from customers or through regulators or bank partners.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that you and the customer service team members provide excellent, courteous and professional customer service when interacting with the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate to in a timely manner any issues of concern.<\/li>\n<li>Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution<\/li>\n<li>Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions<\/li>\n<li>Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities<\/li>\n<li>Hold daily stand ups with your team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Preferred Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+years proven experience in customer service and 3+ years as a Customer sales manager in a financial institution or Fintech.<\/li>\n<li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other Requirements for the role:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self starter that thrives in a collaborative team environment with proven propensity to learn new technologies quickly<\/li>\n<li>Inspires others to achieve success<\/li>\n<li>An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic, proactive and energetic leadership style<\/li>\n<li>Clear verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable and skilled in inbound and outbound calls to customers and\/or merchants<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy new challenges in a rapidly growing environment<\/li>\n<li>Must be well organized with keen attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time and people management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure of deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate effective problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with clients<\/li>\n<li>Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Required to work onsite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/3527355284\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n28th March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Candidates who meet the requirements should submit their CV and Cover Letter online.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prospa is a bank for Nigerian entrepreneurs.
