We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Retail Store Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve profit and attain sales target of the supermarket<\/li>\n<li>Deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues<\/li>\n<li>Strong supervision of the stores for improved customer service experience.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and interview new staff for the supermarket<\/li>\n<li>Organize training, orientation, and supervise all floor supervisors<\/li>\n<li>Oversee receiving orders and stock control<\/li>\n<li>Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees and also follow up on the results they generate<\/li>\n<li>Complete all the operational requirements of the store<\/li>\n<li>Appraise, monitor, and plan tasks to be given to individual staff members<\/li>\n<li>Discipline, counsel, and coach staffs to maintain positive result generation.<\/li>\n<li>Recognize future and present requirements by customers<\/li>\n<li>Establish good rapport with existing and potential customers<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other members of staff that have good understanding about service requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventories and approve contracts to ensure consistent availability of the required services and merchandise<\/li>\n<li>Study trends, authorize clearance sales and also determine all required sales promotions<\/li>\n<li>Review merchandising by formulating pricing policies<\/li>\n<li>Identify profitability ratio by studying financial statements and operating statements<\/li>\n<li>Study display plans, sale promotion, and advertising towards marketing merchandise in a profitable manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND \/ HND \/ BA \/ B.Sc in Business or Retail Management, Operation Management or any related course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years related experience working in a Supermarket.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foundation Degree in Retail Management, or Diploma in Retail Business field.<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to relate cordially with clients<\/li>\n<li>Possess management proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan and execute strategic sales processes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver result copiously<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage other staff members<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent specific market knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Possess IT and accounting proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N250,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@metroandcastle.com\">hr@metroandcastle.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st March, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Metro and Castle Limited is a foremost real estate company based in Lagos, offering a range of services including construction, leasing, brokerage and facility management.
