We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Business Development Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate new sales, and establish new accounts by careful planning and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Service existing accounts and develop new business with existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the customer support team to ensure successful implementation by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be working in a distributed team and should be willing to adapt and change depending on the job requirements and handle work requirements reasonably well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 + year of Proven Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service Rep experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Professional Sales or Marketing Associations is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times<\/li>\n<li>Possess professional, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Very self-motivated and goal-oriented<\/li>\n<li>A result-oriented professional with a strong work ethic<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible work hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Jobs@Tempkers.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Jobs@Tempkers.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tempkers Limited is a Human Resource company with a focus to help CEOs and Executives build a profitable business by recruiting and retaining valuable Staff.
