They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Human Resources Manager will be involved in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training &amp; development and talent management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment and selection process<\/li>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Nurture a positive working environment<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain pay plan and benefits program<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs<\/li>\n<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Human Resources or related field with 1 &#8211; 3 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive<\/li>\n<li>People oriented and results driven<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases<\/li>\n<li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:%20promise@fadacoutsourcing.com\">promise@fadacoutsourcing.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n15th April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fadac Resources and Services Limited &#8211; Our client is a group of companies with specialty in the hospitality, travel and tourism sector.
