We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Centre Nurse<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DKT NIGERIA is set to recruit Call Centre Nurse based in\u00a0<em>Lagos state<\/em>. We are looking for a smart, dynamic, self-motivated, creative and committed individual to fill this position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle call-centre medical related escalations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely, accurate logging of calls, enquiries and downtimes.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve 90-100% customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective monitoring and improvement of referrals through continuous customer satisfaction surveys and generation of testimonials.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with complaint resolution procedure- 100% close-out of complaint calls received.<\/li>\n<li>Following up on call referrals to enhance customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Promote product knowledge and compliance with respect to all applicable processes.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting call centre best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Appropriately manage callers side effects.<\/li>\n<li>Apply user centric model to ensure that callers\/clients are appropriately guided on their contraceptive journey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Nursing, School of Nursing.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years of call-centre experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong and polished communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in family planning, sexual and reproductive health is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in either Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa language fluently is an advantage.<b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@dktnigeria.org\"><strong>hr@dktnigeria.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Call Centre Nurse &#8211; Lagos&#8221; as the subject of the email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n14th April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DKT International is a social marketing organization whose core mission is the provision of safe and affordable options for family planning, reproductive health and HIV prevention.
