They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Executive (Oil and Gas)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Business Development Executive, you help the company build strategic partnerships with other companies and increase revenue. The goal is to lead initiatives that touch upon strategic planning, marketing, and sales.<\/li>\n<li>You will work closely with engineers and provide technical knowledge during business planning. Generate leads, manage customer and partner relationships, and close deals.<\/li>\n<li>You identify customer markets, monitor industry trends, conduct competitor analyses, and craft business plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research companies for potential merger and partnership opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Operations Manager and Managing Director to determine ideal business opportunities to pursue.<\/li>\n<li>Developing growth strategies and plans.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Increasing client base.<\/li>\n<li>Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.<\/li>\n<li>Writing business proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.<\/li>\n<li>Following industry trends locally and internationally.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings<\/li>\n<li>Planning and preparing presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating new product developments to prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the development of marketing literature<\/li>\n<li>Writing reports.<\/li>\n<li>Providing management with feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Cold call as needed to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Meet possible prospects by increasing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.<\/li>\n<li>Attend Oil and Gas functions, for example, association events and conferences to gain new networks and prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizes Area Manager for sales support as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that sales data and updates are accurately entered and managed within the company\u2019s CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Drives and manages the implementation of a strategic sales plan for targeted prospects; utilizing necessary resources within the company.<\/li>\n<li>Handles special projects, as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation and Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or relevant work experience.
