We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Associate Product Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As an Associate Product Manager at QwikCountr, you will support the development and launching of products and features that our Members love, from the idea stage through customer reception.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building products that align with our Company vision and strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify product gaps through the continuous market and customer research<\/li>\n<li>Generate ideas that create new products and optimize existing products based on customer and market needs<\/li>\n<li>Support updating of products roadmap detailing project requirements and how they will be achieved<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of strategic and data-driven product pricing and positioning strategies<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the engineering team to deliver prototypes and final products with efficiency, accuracy, and speed<\/li>\n<li>Team up with the Growth team to deliver successful product launches that are in alignment with product strategy<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to and support the product team in building and rolling out of products that deliver the company&#8217;s vision and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Perform short and long-term product reporting on successes, shortcomings, and optimizations<\/li>\n<li>Forecast potential product reception, identify potential opportunities and risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, experience building a live product, or must have completed a credible professional-related course<\/li>\n<li>Technical background with understanding and\/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies<\/li>\n<li>Loads of creativity, a visionary mentality, and a passion for building products that fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to excel in a high-growth and fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of project management tools<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and project management skills &#8211; you will support complex launches and product initiatives that require working effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume and Portfolio to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@qwikcountr.com\">hr@qwikcountr.com<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>QwikCountr is a software development company and we created an app that helps store\/shop owners to record their inventory and generate receipt for their sales.
