We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the ticketing, call center and issues resolution processes observe the company\u2019s quality standards in implementing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a systematic, process-driven approach to customer outreach and relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Identify and source opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound engagement<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a great experience to our customers while engaging &#8211; you will represent our brand and be our customers\u2019 liaison internally<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the product, other commercial and operations teams to optimally deliver to customers<\/li>\n<li>Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards<\/li>\n<li>Carefully maintain and monitor complaint, call center and ticketing processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits<\/li>\n<li>Develop new standards for customer issues management, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all teams<\/li>\n<li>Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills to ensure company-wide compliance<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and investigate Traction product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in relevant field<\/li>\n<li>2+ years experience in issue resolution or call center experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask efficiently and handle competing priorities at once<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communications skills, presentation and facilitation skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word<\/li>\n<li>Strong decision making and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tractionapps.freshteam.com\/jobs\/48nZB6nglYVH\/quality-assurance-specialist?utm_source=Hotnigerianjobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&lt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Traction Apps is a platform that provides you with all the tools to run and grow your business.
