We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.<\/li>\n<li>Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing Proposals, Bid and Tenders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to travel as needed.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their up-to-date CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitments@arbmanltd.com\">recruitments@arbmanltd.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n2nd April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kegoz Systems Limited is an Integrated Engineering Firm established in 1999 as \u201cRoyal Technologies\u201d.
