We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos and Ogun State<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Associate to join our team at Capsgain Solutions, an e-commerce business based in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>The Financial Associate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, incoming money, stocks and expenses for the company.<\/li>\n<li>They will provide weekly sales performance reports, analyzing conversion rates, and advising on strategies to achieve revenue goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete financial accounting and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and cash flow management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly sales performance reports, analyzing conversion rates and identifying areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve revenue goals, and advise the owner on how to quickly reach sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage stocks, expenses, and employee payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and prepare regular financial reports for the owner.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of financial documents to attract lenders, and develop future business models to increase revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify and address financial issues and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective financial strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in financial software and tools, with experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of local financial regulations and laws in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and analytical.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSceWyNI55eFXirRSsDlGb_MFLmmiPhli6JcHzgnJmIpJqHWfg\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a critical role for the growth and success of Capsgain Solutions, and the Financial Associate will play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve revenue goals.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be an experienced financial professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of e-commerce operations.<\/li>\n<li>If you meet these requirements and are interested in joining our team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Capsgain Solutions is a full range eCommerce company.
