We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Compliance Officer (KYC \/ SIM SWAP)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Opebi, Ikeja &#8211; Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Checking the quality of all KYC registrations daily for NCC KYC Compliance and data generation and operational reporting on the daily report requirements for Customer Experience<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily\/weekly\/ monthly report based on the data analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking of fraudulent registration kits<\/li>\n<li>Reduce the poor data quality of KYC registrations received from the field to impose stiff penalties on agents found to be making fraudulent and poor quality registrations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<li>Not more than 30 years of age<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in the Call Center is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n<li>Fast Learner and Flexible<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have Completed NYSC.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must reside around Opebi Ikeja or it\u2019s environs<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N52,000 &#8211; N57,000 \/ Month<\/li>\n<li>HMO &amp; Pension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@outcess.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@outcess.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n31st May, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Outcess is an integrated customer engagement and business process outsourcing company.
