We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikoyi, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This person will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business development strategies to heighten company profitability.<\/li>\n<li>His\/her duties include leading a team of business development and sales professionals, identifying business opportunities to pursue and creating business proposals to support their ideas.<\/li>\n<li>As BDO, your main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nOther responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive Sales and generate leads\/accounts<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue<\/li>\n<li>Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals<\/li>\n<li>Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team<\/li>\n<li>Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Monitor industry trends and market conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively research new markets<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Decision-making and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent computer skills, high proficiency in usage of ERP solution, strong business &amp;
