We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Receptionist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ago-Iowye, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe receptionist will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make and confirm reservations for guests<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper software-enabled room allocation<\/li>\n<li>Register and check guests in<\/li>\n<li>Close guest accounts and check guests out after due accounts settlement<\/li>\n<li>Confirm relevant guest information<\/li>\n<li>Verify guest identities if they have previously completed a booking online<\/li>\n<li>Issue key cards and direct guests to their rooms or apartments<\/li>\n<li>Cross-sell other WosAm services and products including confections, cinema tickets and specialties<\/li>\n<li>Maintain liaison with other departments to accurately compute guest bills and post to room and house accounts<\/li>\n<li>Receive and transmit messages for guests<\/li>\n<li>Inform housekeeping when rooms have been vacated and ready for cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Conduct a check on rooms\/apartments during checkout to ensure that hotel property is undamaged<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the reception area in terms of sanitation and temperature regulation<\/li>\n<li>Provide guests access to products in the mini mart<\/li>\n<li>Inform guests about house rules and policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A First Degree in a Management-related discipline<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk\/customer service role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with computers<\/li>\n<li>Experience with hotel sales software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@wosamarena.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@wosamarena.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\n17th April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0The preferred candidate should be resident in Ago-Iwoye or Ijebu Igbo,Ogun State.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WosAm Arena Limited is Ogun State\u2019s foremost entertainment and hospitality brand with hotel, cinema, nightlife and sports entertainment interests.
