We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing, Sales &amp; Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abijo, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoting the company&#8217;s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company&#8217;s marketing goals.<\/li>\n<li>Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing new sales plans and advertising.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Arrange business meetings with prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company\u2019s products\/services addressing or predicting clients\u2019 objectives<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.<\/li>\n<li>Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in management may be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in Construction Sector or related field is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N250,000 \/ Month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Recruitment@buffalocrete.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Recruitment@buffalocrete.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b><br \/>\n22nd April, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buffalocrete Construct Limited &#8211; With our wealth of experience, we pride ourselves as number 1 in the production and timely supply of all Sandcrete products in Lagos State.
